I enjoyed my visit here! My friend and I didn’t eat a meal but we did enjoy the Three Amigos with salsa, guac & queso...all of which were delicious. The alcoholic beverages we tried were all really tasty as well. Star’s service was wonderful! I will return when I visit Tampa again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading contrasting reviews but my friends and I enjoyed our time at Jotoro. The waiters were all very happy to assist and our food was tasty! I had the shrimp enchiladas which were amazing and my boyfriend had the KBBQ Burrito - to die for! I’d suggest heat lamps for outside but otherwise, I will come back!

Roxy was amazing. Food was great as always. I got the fish tempura and my family had the chicken enchiladas, chicken burrito, and chipotle chicken tacos. 10/10

We had good margaritas and good food here at the bar with Adrienne. My Husband had a watermelon margarita and I had the spicy mezcal margarita which was also great. Started with a queso and ground beef and salty chips which was a great combo. We also split the steak ranchero tacos and added rice and beans. The tacos were great, rice and beans were average.

This was my first time here. We sat outside and the ambiance is great. Food and service were pretty good. Their guacamole and street corn were pretty good and filling. Would defiantly come back for more.

Wandering Sparkman Wharf makes for an entertaining afternoon or evening. I'm a fan of Jotoro's as a spot to sit down and dine while there. Birria tacos are scrumptious and the beverages are on point. Plus, you get to look at the river, it' a win-win!

From the moment we walked in, until it was time to pay the bill and leave, the wife and I had an amazing food experience here. Now, Grant it, we were only in the area spontaneously but we walked passed this restaurant, smelled the food from outside and had to try it. And we were not disappointed. The starter plate of the trio salsa, queso and quac was delicious. We also devoured lol the sweet and spicy tempura shrimp, that was amazing. And of course we had the pina colada, frozen. And that literally reminded us of being in Hawaii and drinking the same drink there. It was that good. We couldn’t even order anything else because we were pressed for time but just those small starters and drinks were enough for us to know we’re going back lol. Overall 10 out of 10 for us. The staff was great, gorgeous young lady was super sweet and genuine to us and the atmosphere was beautiful. Had us ready to dance while eating lol.

Super great food! I loved every bite. It's expensive for what you get (2 tacos for 20??) That was a little upsetting, but if you aren't worried about funds, it's a great place. I got the Steak L.A. Style Burrito as a bowl but with tortillas on the side and shared a Three Amigos chip and dip appetizer. The chips are well seasoned, thin, and delicious; not your average Mexican restaurant chips. I also got a Prickly Pear margarita in a reusable bottle and coozy which was very fun and at a good price. I'll be coming back!
